Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro and Ultimate are month-to-month with no contract. Cancel from your account in a couple of clicks and you keep full access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. Nothing renews after that.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. Every plan starts with a free tier so you can try OfferPilot on your own machine before you pay, and you can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future billing. If something goes wrong on our side, email support@offerpilotai.ink and we will review your situation individually.
What does the daily limit count?
Your daily hours count time the copilot is actively listening. The clock stops the moment you mute it, pause it, or close the session, and idle time is never billed. Browsing your prep and previewing a company Q&A set do not. Free includes 5 minutes a day, Pro 3 hours, Ultimate 6 hours, and 6-Month Pass 6 hours, plenty for real practice and real rounds.
Do I need API keys or Python?
No. OfferPilot is a standalone app, you download it, run it, and sign in with Google. The AI runs on our servers, so there is nothing to install and no keys to manage.
Is my data private?
Transcription runs fully on-device with Whisper and your audio is never uploaded. Only the transcribed text is sent to generate an answer, using the model you choose. We do not store your interview audio or screen.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade whenever you like. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades apply at your next billing date. The 6-Month Pass covers 6 months and does not auto-renew; you are never charged again.
