Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro and Ultimate are month-to-month with no contract. Cancel from your account in a couple of clicks and you keep full access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. Nothing renews after that.
Do you offer refunds?
Every paid plan, Pro, Ultimate, and Lifetime, is covered by a 7-day refund window. If OfferPilot is not right for you, email us within seven days of purchase and we will refund you in full.
What does the daily limit count?
Only time the live copilot is actively listening and generating answers counts toward your daily hours. Browsing your prep and previewing a company Q&A set do not. Free includes 10 minutes a day, Pro 3 hours, Ultimate 6 hours, and Lifetime 8 hours, plenty for real practice and real rounds.
Do I need API keys or Python?
No. OfferPilot is a standalone app, you download it, run it, and sign in with Google. The AI runs on our servers, so there is nothing to install and no keys to manage.
Is my data private?
Transcription runs fully on-device with Whisper and your audio is never uploaded. Only the transcribed text is sent to generate an answer, using the model you choose. We do not store your interview audio or screen.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade whenever you like. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades apply at your next billing date. Lifetime buyers are on the top tier permanently.
