These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OfferPilot AI, including our website, desktop application, and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by OfferPilot AI ("OfferPilot," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
OfferPilot AI is a subscription desktop application that helps job seekers prepare for and practice technical and behavioral interviews and coding assessments. Its features include real-time on-device transcription, AI-generated answer and code suggestions, and company-specific practice question banks. The Service is a preparation and accessibility tool. We may add, change, or remove features at any time as the product evolves.
3. Accounts
You sign in to OfferPilot using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your account secure, and to notify us promptly at support@offerpilotai.ink if you believe your account has been used without your authorization. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
OfferPilot offers a Free plan and paid plans: Pro ($19/month), Ultimate ($29/month), and Lifetime ($299, one-time). Plan features and daily usage limits are described on our pricing page.
- Payment processing. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not collect or store your full payment card details; those are handled by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Auto-renewal. Monthly plans (Pro and Ultimate) renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge the applicable fee to your payment method on each renewal.
- Cancellation. You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time from within the app or the billing portal. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
- Refunds. Every paid plan, including Lifetime, is covered by a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase; email support@offerpilotai.ink within that window for a full refund. Outside of that window, fees are non-refundable, including for partial or unused billing periods, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
- Price changes. We may change plan pricing from time to time. Any change to the recurring price of an active subscription will be communicated in advance and will apply only to billing periods after the change takes effect.
5. Acceptable Use
Your OfferPilot account is for your personal use. You agree to use the Service responsibly and lawfully, and in particular:
- You are responsible for using OfferPilot within the rules, terms, and policies of any interview, assessment, employer, educational institution, or certification body you are engaged with. Many interviews and proctored assessments prohibit outside assistance; where that is the case, it is your responsibility to comply.
- OfferPilot is provided as a preparation, rehearsal, and accessibility tool. You are solely responsible for how you use it and for the consequences of that use.
- You agree not to misrepresent your abilities, credentials, or experience, and to only claim work and skills you can genuinely stand behind.
- You agree not to resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute your account or the Service; not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law; not to interfere with or disrupt the Service; and not to use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used in violation of these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including the OfferPilot software, website, design, text, graphics, and all related intellectual property, is owned by OfferPilot AI and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the app for your own interview preparation and practice. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you. Content you provide to the Service, such as your résumé or background text, remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate and provide the Service to you.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. OfferPilot is a tool to support your preparation; we do not warrant that using it will improve your interview or assessment outcomes, result in a job offer, or produce answers that are accurate, complete, or appropriate for any given situation. AI-generated suggestions may be incorrect and should always be reviewed by you before you rely on them. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OfferPilot AI and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, opportunities, or offers, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty US dollars ($50). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting support@offerpilotai.ink. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your license to use the software ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, will survive.
10. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except where prohibited by applicable law.
